Choose and reorder table columns

Pick which columns appear in the Leads, Pings and Clicks tables and the Rejected leads list, drag them into the order you want, and reset to the defaults at any time.

This article shows you how to choose which columns appear in your tables, put them in the order you want, and go back to the defaults.

Column settings work on the Leads, Pings and Clicks tables, and on the Rejected leads list inside a rejection reason. Your choices are saved to your user account for each table, so they stay in place the next time you open it.

Show, hide and reorder columns

  1. Open Leads, Pings or Clicks from the sidebar.
  2. Click the gear button, labelled Customize columns, next to the table. A small badge on it shows how many columns are visible, and hovering it shows the visible and hidden counts.
  3. In Table Columns, turn a column's switch on to show it or off to hide it.
  4. Drag a column by its handle to move it up or down the list. The table follows the same order.
  5. To find a column quickly, type in Search columns.... Clear the search before you drag, because reordering is turned off while searching.
  6. Close the menu. Your changes are already saved.

Expected result: the table shows only the columns you switched on, in the order you set, every time you return.

Add your own lead fields as columns

On Leads and the Rejected leads list, the column list also includes your campaign fields and the fields your validation, enrichment and credit integrations add to a lead. They appear automatically once the field exists, so there is nothing to set up. Pings and Clicks do not offer field columns.

Depending on your role, some columns, including field columns, may not be offered to you.

Reset to the defaults

  1. Click Customize columns next to the table.
  2. Click Reset to Default.

The table goes back to the standard columns and order. A small dot on the gear badge tells you a table has been customized.

Troubleshooting

  • A switch is greyed out. Columns marked Required always stay visible. If a table has no required columns, the last visible column cannot be hidden, so at least one column always shows.
  • I cannot drag columns. Clear the search box first. Dragging only works on the full list.
  • A column I had added is gone. Saved columns are checked against what you can still see. If your access changed, or the campaign field behind a column was removed, that column is dropped from your view.
  • My teammate sees different columns. Column choices are saved per user, so each person sets up their own view.
