This article shows how to use the Dashboard and Analytics pages to monitor campaign performance after leads start flowing. Use Dashboard for the at-a-glance pulse, Analytics for drill-downs, and Leads when you need a single lead's story.

Analytics can lag slightly behind the lead timeline. When you need immediate confirmation after a test or launch slice, open Leads first.

What are Dashboard and Analytics?

Page Best for
Dashboard Today-oriented KPIs and a quick health pulse
Analytics Campaign, buyer, supplier, and traffic source breakdowns
Leads Per-lead timeline and exact outcomes
Conversions Every conversion event, by partner, buyer, and direction
Rejection Reasons Pattern analysis of why volume is lost

Dashboard answers "how are we doing right now?" Analytics answers "where is the change coming from?"

Prerequisites

  • At least some lead activity in the workspace (tests count)
  • Permission to view Dashboard and Analytics
  • A date range in mind (today, launch day, or last 7 days)

Read the Dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard from the sidebar.
  2. Set or confirm the date range if the page offers one.
  3. Read the KPI cards (commonly posted, accepted, rejected, and profit or similar metrics your workspace shows).
  4. Scan trend graphs for sudden spikes or drops.
  5. Note top campaigns or other summary widgets.
  6. Click through to a campaign or Analytics when a number needs explanation.

Drill down in Analytics

  1. Open Analytics from the sidebar.
  2. Choose the campaign filter and date range.
  3. Optionally set the buyer filter to scope the entire page to one or more buyers.
  4. Review the campaign performance table for posted, accepted, rejected, and related rates.
  5. Open a campaign row to see buyer, supplier, and traffic source breakdowns.
  6. Sort by rejected or acceptance rate to find weak parties.
  7. Click any number to open the leads behind it.
  8. For repeated reject causes across many leads, continue in Rejection Reasons overview.

With a buyer selected, the money on the page follows that buyer's sales rather than the lead's all-buyer total. That is the number you want when you are asking what one buyer is worth, and it is why a buyer-scoped view shows less revenue than the unfiltered page.

Filters behave the same everywhere

Leads, Pings, Clicks, Conversions, and Analytics share one filter panel with a badge counting how many filters are active.

  • Most filters take several values at once, so you can look at three campaigns or two rejection reasons in one pass.
  • Date presets resolve in the timezone you selected, not your browser's, and the calendar starts the week on the right day for that region.
  • Two single clicks select a date range. There is no double click.

Suggested investigation paths

Question Path
Did today's launch start? Dashboard → Leads
Which buyer is rejecting? Analytics → campaign → buyers → Leads or Rejection Reasons
Which supplier quality dropped? Analytics → suppliers → sample timelines
Which affiliate underperformed? Analytics → traffic sources
Did a conversion reach the right partner? Conversions, filtered by partner or external id

Tips and gotchas

  • Expect a short lag on Analytics during busy periods. Refresh once before rewriting configuration.
  • Rejected counts on different screens can answer different questions. Campaign outcome totals and rejection-reason occurrence totals are not always identical.
  • Filters on Analytics matter. A surprising empty view is often an over-narrow date or campaign filter.
  • A buyer-scoped page reports that buyer's money. Clear the buyer filter before you quote a total.
  • The currency symbol across every page comes from Settings → Currency. It changes the symbol only, and no amount is converted at an exchange rate.
  • Do not optimize from one test lead on Dashboard. Use the timeline for tests, Analytics for trends.

Expected result

You can explain today's KPI movement from Dashboard, name the campaign and party responsible in Analytics, and know when to drop into Leads or Rejection Reasons for proof.

Frequently asked questions

Analytics and rollups can lag slightly. Open Leads for immediate confirmation.

Set the buyer filter on Analytics. The whole page scopes to that buyer, and revenue, payout, and profit follow that buyer's sales instead of the lead's all-buyer total.

Yes. The filter panel takes several values at once, so you can compare campaigns, buyers, or rejection reasons in one pass. Start with one campaign during launch week if the numbers feel noisy.

Presets resolve in the timezone selected in the filter panel, not your browser's. Change the timezone there and the calendar also starts the week on the right day for that region.

Yes. Set the platform currency in Settings and every price, payout, and revenue figure uses that symbol. It is a display change only, so no amount is converted at an exchange rate.

Analytics shows volume and performance breakdowns. Rejection Reasons groups reject causes and estimated missed revenue so you can prioritize fixes.
