Subscriptions and billing

See your current plan and what it includes, change it, and find your invoices.

This article shows how to check your plan, change it, and find your invoices. It also explains why a plan is the first thing to check when a whole page is missing from the platform.

Your plan decides which features exist

Every part of the platform is a feature, and your plan decides which ones your workspace has. Campaigns, Leads, Analytics, Returns, Manage Users, Integrations, Activity Logs, Notifications, Pings, Conversions, Click Tracking, Rejection Reasons, Suppliers, Buyers, Traffic Sources, Brand Management, and the pay per call features are all switched on or off this way.

This matters when you are debugging access. If one person cannot see a page, that is their role. If nobody can see it, including your admins, that is the plan.

A feature turned off is enforced on the server as well as hidden in the interface, so there is no way around it other than a plan that includes it.

Check your plan

  1. Open Subscription from the sidebar.
  2. The overview shows your current plan and what it includes.
  3. Open Invoices for your billing history.

Change your plan

  1. From Subscription, view the available plans.
  2. Select the plan you want.
  3. Confirm the change.

Feature access updates as soon as the change goes through. If a newly included page has not appeared, sign out and back in so your session picks up the new feature list.

Invoices

Invoices list the billing period, a usage summary, the total, and the payment status. Download one as a PDF from the list.

Metered integrations

Two things bill separately from your plan, and it is worth knowing which is which.

Your plan covers the platform itself.

Metered integrations bill per verification when you use Datahubb's managed key rather than your own account. Anura works this way, and so do the paid phone, email, and credit checks. The Usage tab under Integrations logs every call, which is where you watch what those are costing you. Providing your own API key on a provider moves that spend to your own contract with them.

Expected result

You can name your current plan, say which features it includes, and download the invoice for any billing period.

Troubleshooting

  • A page is missing for everyone, including admins. The plan does not include that feature. Compare against the plan's feature list.
  • A page is missing for one person only. That is their role or their campaign access, not the plan. See Users, roles and permissions.
  • You changed plan and nothing appeared. Sign out and back in. Feature access is loaded into your session at sign-in.
  • A page you had is now gone. The plan changed to one without that feature, or the subscription lapsed.
  • Integration costs are higher than expected. Check the Usage tab under Integrations. Metered providers bill per call and are separate from the plan.

Frequently asked questions

Your plan does not include that feature. Which parts of the platform exist at all is decided by the subscription, and it is enforced on the server as well as hidden in the interface.

Sign out and back in. The feature list is loaded into your session when you sign in, so an existing session can still be running on the old one.

The plan covers the platform itself. Metered integrations bill per verification when you use Datahubb's managed key, and the Usage tab under Integrations logs every one of those calls.

Provide your own API key or instance id on that provider. The spend then goes to your own contract with them instead.

Under Subscription, on the Invoices tab. Each one carries the billing period, a usage summary, the total and the payment status, and can be downloaded as a PDF.
