Set your display currency
Switch every price, payout and revenue figure in the platform between dollars and euros. The symbol changes, the numbers do not.
This article shows how to change the currency shown across the platform for everyone in your workspace.
Read the next line before you change anything, because it is the part people misunderstand: this changes the currency symbol only. No amount is converted. A price of 25 stays 25. It simply reads as €25 instead of $25.
When to use it
Set it once, to match the currency your business actually trades in. If you buy and sell in euros, every figure you type is already in euros, and this setting makes the platform say so.
It is not a conversion tool. There is no exchange rate, no rate history, and no way to hold two currencies at once. A workspace has one display currency.
Prerequisites
- Admin access
- Agreement across your team on which currency your numbers are in, because the change applies to everyone at once
Change the currency
- Open Settings and go to Currency.
- Under Platform Currency, pick US Dollar or Euro.
- Click Save Changes.
The change takes effect for everyone in your organisation.
What it affects
Every money figure in the platform follows the setting: buyer prices, source payouts, revenue, profit, filter payouts, bid floors, analytics totals, and exported figures.
Expected result
Prices on the Buyers tab, totals on Dashboard and Analytics, and figures in exports all carry the symbol you chose, with the same numbers as before.
Troubleshooting
- A number changed as well as the symbol. It did not. Nothing is converted, so compare the same date range before assuming otherwise.
- A teammate still sees the old symbol. The setting is workspace-wide, not per user. Have them reload the page.
- You need to actually convert historical figures. Datahubb does not do that. Convert them in your own reporting, using the rates your finance team uses.
- The Currency page is not there. It is admin only.
