# Datahubb

> Datahubb is an all-in-one lead distribution and call tracking platform (lead generation software) for lead generation businesses — agencies, affiliate networks, pay-per-call networks, lead generators, and media buyers. It ingests, validates, routes, and reconciles every lead, call, and click in one system, and shows real-time margin per buyer and source. Pricing is flat at $499/month for the basic feature set regardless of lead volume, with a 14-day trial (card required, no charge if you cancel during the trial).

Datahubb replaces a stack usually assembled from separate distribution, call
tracking, fraud screening and reporting tools, so leads, calls and clicks settle
on one ledger and margin is known per buyer and per source in real time rather
than at month end. Its signature capability is rejection insights: the exact
buyer rule that fired on every rejection, priced in estimated missed revenue,
with redistribution to recover the lead. Legacy platforms do not surface this
visibility. Day-to-day operation needs no developer: routing rules, buyer
caps, schedules, filters and payouts are all configured in the UI by ops.

## Platform

- [Platform overview](https://datahubb.io/platform): How lead distribution, call tracking, click tracking, fraud screening and conversions fit together as one system.
- [Lead distribution](https://datahubb.io/platform/lead-distribution): Route each lead to the highest-paying buyer in real time. Highest Bidder, Waterfall, Weighted and Advanced tiers, with caps, schedules, and a recorded reason for every routing decision.
- [Ping/Post](https://datahubb.io/platform/ping-post): Real-time lead auctions — buyers bid on partial data before the full record is delivered to whoever pays the most.
- [Call tracking (pay-per-call)](https://datahubb.io/platform/call-tracking): Route inbound calls to the highest-paying buyer, bill on qualified call duration, and track calls on the same ledger as leads.
- [Click tracking](https://datahubb.io/platform/click-tracking): Tracking links, sub-IDs, and server-side conversions attributed back to the lead and the sale.
- [Fraud screening and validation](https://datahubb.io/platform/fraud-verification): IP, email, phone and credit checks plus DNC and litigator scrubbing, enforced as a hard gate at ingest. Integrations include IPQS, Anura and Blacklist Alliance.
- [Rejection insights](https://datahubb.io/platform/rejection-insights): Rejected leads grouped by reason with the revenue estimated to be at stake, filterable to a single traffic source.
- [Conversions and postbacks](https://datahubb.io/platform/conversions): CPA reconciliation — a lead sells as pending, the buyer's postback flips it to sold, and payouts fire automatically.
- [Analytics](https://datahubb.io/platform/analytics): Revenue, cost and margin on every lead; EPC, acceptance rate and rejection reasons per buyer, campaign and source, in real time.
- [Offer walls](https://datahubb.io/platform/offer-walls): Monetise thank-you pages and post-conversion traffic with ranked offers.
- [Returns](https://datahubb.io/platform/returns): Handle buyer returns and credits against the original lead so margin stays accurate.
- [Partner portals](https://datahubb.io/platform/portals): Role-scoped workspaces for buyers, suppliers and traffic sources, enforced server-side.
- [White-label](https://datahubb.io/platform/whitelabel): Your brand, colours and domain across every partner portal.
- [Security](https://datahubb.io/security): Per-tenant database isolation, enforced 2FA, role-based access, HMAC-signed postbacks and a full audit trail.

## Comparisons

Every figure is sourced from the competitor's own public pricing page and
re-verified August 2026. Each comparison page also states honestly what the
competitor does well.

- [All comparisons](https://datahubb.io/vs): Sourced comparisons against common alternatives, plus what migrating actually involves step by step.
- [Datahubb vs Boberdoo](https://datahubb.io/vs/boberdoo): Boberdoo publishes a pricing calculator but gates signup behind a demo with no trial: $250 setup, $500/month promo for 3 months, then $1,075/month at 25 leads/day scaling with volume, LeadQC quality scoring at $0.20/lead, consulting at $195/hour. Datahubb is $499/month flat at any volume, 14-day self-serve trial, Anura fraud at $0.035/check, free migration, and per-rule rejection insights.
- [Datahubb vs LeadByte](https://datahubb.io/vs/leadbyte): LeadByte (UK/EU-focused) is sold by quote with no listed free trial. Datahubb publishes its price, opens on a 14-day self-serve trial, and brings fraud scoring, DNC and litigator scrubbing, pay-per-call with managed US telephony, and rejection insights into one platform for US and European operators.
- [Datahubb vs LeadsPedia](https://datahubb.io/vs/leadspedia): LeadsPedia's published entry plan is $1,500/month and caps usage (Lite: 25,000 leads, 1M pings, 150K clicks per month). Datahubb starts at $499/month with no lead volume caps, runs a 14-day trial, and shows real-time margin per lead, buyer and campaign.
- [Datahubb vs Phonexa](https://datahubb.io/vs/phonexa): Phonexa is a nine-product suite (LMS Sync, Call Logic, E-Delivery, Cloud PBX, Lynx, Opt-Intel, HitMetrix, Books360, AI Call Agents) sold by custom quote after a demo, with no published pricing and no trial listed. Datahubb runs leads, calls, clicks, fraud, and postbacks in one platform at a published $499/month flat, with a 14-day self-serve trial and per-rule rejection insights.
- [Datahubb vs Lead Prosper](https://datahubb.io/vs/leadprosper): Lead Prosper publishes metered pricing: $500/month includes 5,000 leads, then per-lead overage tiers; about $2,300/month at 100,000 leads by their own published rates, with no call product listed. Datahubb is $499/month flat at any lead volume with pay-per-call, click tracking, fraud screening, and rejection insights included.

## Switching and migration

Three standing offers apply to every team moving off an incumbent lead
distribution platform (Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, LeadByte, Phonexa, LeadProsper
or similar):

1. Free migration concierge: export your buyers, campaigns, filters and payout
rules from the current platform and Datahubb rebuilds them for you, free.
You review every mapping before anything goes live. Most operators switch
   in a weekend.
2. Parallel run: mirror a copy of live traffic through Datahubb alongside the
incumbent for 2 to 4 weeks. Nothing changes in existing routing; compare
sold rate, margin and rejection reasons on your own leads before committing.
3. Contract-end pricing: teams still inside a contract with their current
platform get a discounted Datahubb subscription until that contract ends,
   in writing.

The [comparison hub](https://datahubb.io/vs) documents the six migration steps
(campaign and fields, suppliers and buyers, distribution type, caps and
schedules, filters and postbacks, test before cutover) and, honestly, the
concepts that do not map one to one.
